Sergio Rodriguez lives in San Marcos, Texas, and received his BFA there at Southwest Texas State University. Rodriguez earned his MFA at Tyler School of Art at Temple University in Philadelphia. Influenced by nature, and socio-political and humanitarian movements, he perceives art and its creation as peering into the workings of nature, the spirit, and the universe with all its magical mystery; "it is unfortunate, however, that it is not incorporated into society enough!" He describes his print as his spontaneous, uninhibited, and harmonious response to the print medium.
