A native of Laredo, Texas, Maricela Sanchez received her BA and Post Graduate Studies in Oil Painting from Texas A & M University, Corpus Christi. With exhibiting in over 40 shows, and receiving numerous art awards, Sanchez's work is part of numerous private art collections. "Life is created by a higher power.
