Pepe Coronado was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the US in 1989. A specialist in printmaking, he was the master printer for the Serie Print Project in Austin, Texas for four years, and was a visiting artist at Self Help Graphics in Los Angeles. He now resides in Washington DC where he studies at the Corcoran School of Art and is on staff as master printer for Pyramid Atlantic and the Hand Print Workshop International. His work has recently been exhibited in "Multiplicity" at the Arts Club of Washington, the Corcoran White Wall Gallery, and at Gallery K as part of the Corcoran School of Art Print Portfolio.
