Oklahoma born, and now living in Austin, Texas, artist Dana McBride earned her B.F.A. at the University of Oklahoma. She has exhibited her work in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, California, and New York. McBride has been active in each art community she has lived in and recently served as Peer Panelist Chairperson for the City of Austin Cultural Contracts Program. This print is part of a large body of work that McBride has been developing over the past few years based on the intuitive process of creativity. Fueled by a particularly prolific muse. She sees this series as an unfolding journey that reveals different mysteries with each step, like life itself.
