A native of Laredo, Texas, Maricela Sanchez received her BA and Post Graduate Studies in Oil Painting from Texas A & M University, Corpus Christi. With exhibiting in over 40 shows, and receiving numerous art awards, her work is also part of numerous private collections. "Life is created by a higher power.
